New York's largest pride flag, 12 feet by 100 feet, will be unveiled at FDR Four Freedoms Park on June 14. It will adorn the Park's iconic staircase through June 30 in celebration of World Pride. The official unveiling, open to the public, will take place on June 15 between 12:00-6:00pm, at an event called #AscendWithPride: An Afternoon with Friends & Family, along with digital platform resource Video Out and Drag Queen Story Hour....

Next Thursday, to celebrate New York born Walt Whitman’s 200th Birthday, Compagnia De' Colombari, an international collective of performing artists, will perform More Or Less I Am (MOLIA), adapted from Whitman's first major work, Song of Myself at the FDR Four Freedoms Park. Four Freedoms Park Conservancy announced the winners of their second annual sketch contest, Sketch 4 Freedom last week.
