On Tuesday January 8, the 114th Precinct posted a photo on their Facebook page of a gun, bullets, bags of marijuana and cash. These items were the fruits of a search executed that day at 540 Main Street and 625 Main Street. The gun is now believed, pending ballistics testing, by the New York Police Department (NYPD) to be the one used by Farris Koroma this summer when he took aim at a luxury building across the river at One East River Place....

The Public Safety Department is asking for Islanders' help in identifying a male and female walking southbound on the western promenade early Saturday morning, August 18 after shots were fired across the river. They believe they could be possible witnesses to the shooting.

Two days ago, the New York Post reported that shots were fired into One East River Place, at 525 E. 72nd St., a 50-story rental building between East 72nd and 73rd streets. Overnight...
