There was some good news and some bad news at last night’s RIOC Board meeting. First up was the Helix. After ten weeks of construction, all small repairs have been done, but there was more damage than anticipated.

The bad news: it is not expected to be complete until the end of July.

The good news: based upon an engineering report they received, RIOC believes they will be able to achieve a 45% reduction in traffic. They also plan to add make some change...
