On October 29, the Wildlife Freedom Foundation held their second annual "Howloween Dog Costume Contest." The wonderful, happy, and woof-woof contest was held at the Manhattan Park Theatre Club, where the categories were Best in Show, Funniest, Scariest, Smallest and Cutest,  and Best Trick.
