New York Junior Tennis & Learning's (NYJTL) spring season has begun outside at the Octagon Park tennis courts. NYJTL is the largest grassroots tennis and education nonprofit in the U.S., serving 85,000 kids in all five boroughs annually.
The hours are 3:00 - 6:00 pm for those aged seven through 18, Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Pee-wees, five and six-year olds, as well as seven-year old beginners, may attend from 3:30 to 4:30 on Wednesdays.
Rolling admission. Free. No one is turned away. All you need is sneakers and a smile.
